Raspberry Gin & Tonic



  • 50ml Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin
  • 100ml Lamb & Watt Hibiscus Tonic Water
  • 2 Lemon wedges
  • 4 Raspberries


Add the lemon wedges and raspberries into the base of a glass then press gently with a muddler or spoon. Fill with cubed ice and add the other ingredients. Stir and serve with the last lemon wedge alongside a straw.
