Rhubarb Ghoul

Ingredients

  • 50ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin

  • 25ml Earl Grey Tea

  • 2 Teaspoon of Apricot Jam

  • 20ml Lime Juice

  • Ginger Beer

  • Fresh Ginger

Method

Add the gin, jam, tea and lime juice to the glass. Fill with crushed ice and stir. Top with ginger beer
