Ingredients

  • 50ml WNG Brazilian Lime Gin
  • 25ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 20ml Sugar syrup

Method

  • Peel of 2 limes oils squeezed and dropped into shaker
  • 2-3 mint leaves into shaker
  • Shake with ice
  • Coupe Glass – Lime Wheel on the rim & clapped mint leaf
