- 50ml Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 3 fresh Raspberries
- Half a lemon
- Top with Soda
- Garnish with Raspberry & Mint Leaves
Muddle the Raspberries in the bottom of a highball glass.
Add the Raspberry Gin, Sugar and Lemon to the glass and top with Soda, mix together and garnish with Raspberries and Mint Leaves.
