Easy Gin Cocktails

From classic to fancy to fruity, we’ve put together some simple gin cocktail recipes for you to enjoy at Easter and beyond.

Gin & Juice

1.7 fl oz Whitley Neill Original Handcrafted Dry Gin
1.7 fl oz orange juice
1.7 fl oz grapefruit juice
1 orange

Add all ingredients into the glass, garnish with an orange wheel.

Clementine Negroni

0.8 fl oz Whitley Neill Original Handcrafted Dry Gin
0.8 fl oz Campari
0.8 fl oz Italian Vermouth
0.8 fl oz fresh clementine juice

Add all ingredients to a rocks glass, along with cubed ice, and stir well. Garnish with a slice of fresh clementine.

Martinez

1.7 fl oz Whitley Neill The Original Handcrafted Dry Gin
0.7 fl oz sweet vermouth
0.3 fl oz dry vermouth
0.16 fl oz maraschino
1 dash of bitters

Pour ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir and strain into a V Martini glass and garnish with a large orange twist.

Blood Orange Paloma

1.7 fl oz Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin
Freshly squeezed lime
5 fl oz grapefruit juice
Thyme and orange wheel for garnish

Add all ingredients to a highball glass with ice. Stir and garnish with thyme and orange wheel.

Rhubarb & Elderflower Spritz

1.7 fl oz Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
0.7 fl oz Elderflower Cordial
0.7 fl oz lemon juice
2 fl oz soda water

Add all ingredients into the glass. Stir and garnish with double mint leaf.

Quince Tea

1.7 fl oz Whitley Neill Quince Gin
3.3 fl oz Green Tea
0.5 fl oz lemon juice
Sliced cucumber

Add all ingredients into the glass. Add 3 cucumber slices and stir.
